HERconnect was formed through two colleague's passion for empowering women and advancing gender diversity in the Resources & Industrial sector.
Katie and Kobie have both been fortunate enough to have spent their careers working within the Resources Industry in Australia, and want to facilitate entry for other women. While holding professional roles in commercial, engineering and business development, Katie and Kobie have remained fierce advocates for Diversity & Inclusion.
